When I was a child, I grew up with my mother's home cooking, an original authentic Thai taste that touched the heart. I grew to appreciate, and I wanted to preserve her way of cooking for all to savor. I have come to enjoy preparing all sorts of food for everyone. Whether it be by the sight of a gourmet masterpiece, the scent of freshly ground spices or the taste of a delicious meal, I thrive to make people happy through my cooking.

With over 18 years of cooking and managing experience, my acquaintances and I, opened this restaurant, composed of Thai people who moved to the USA, like a metaphorical seed that has grown in foreign soil, to give everyone a taste of Thailand thus the name "Thai Seed"
